Morse Code (CW) and HAM Radio
I know some type of ‘radio amateurs’ who having a first (Extra) class License and they don’t know CW (Morse Code). They do not bother to learn telegraphy in the future.
(IMHO) As a bad example – the American version with the abolition of CW exams / test.

Regardless of licence class, a radio amateur who does not know CW is only half a radio amateur.
