Will be in Andorra between 21 Sep – 3 Oct 2009.
Not sure about possible HAM Radio operation from Andorra as a mobile station. As I know Andorra not yet under CEPT agreement. But I’ll try to operate as a guest op.
Hope to meet with some local HAM’s there.
