The Yaesu Twin concept is a high end concept for the serious ham who do not accept any compromise even when remote controlling his station. It was initially developed for controlling OH8X Radio Arcala which is one of the most impressive stations in the World.

The concept is simple at the same time as it is extremely powerful. You use one Yaesu radio to control the other, and you can control every single function from the controlling radio. S-meters, Power meters etc will also be replicated to the controlling radio. The concept was initially developed to be used by two Yaesu FT-5000:s, but when it’s now released to the public it will also work with FT-950, FT-2000 and FT-9000 in pairs. Combinations of them can also be used, a FT-5000 can be controlled by a FT-950, FT2000 and FT-9000 also.

There is a specially designed package for the Yaesu Twin concept, including the Yaesu Twin RRC-boxes the special firmware and all necessary cables. There is no need to open the boxes, no strapping are needed only setup of IP-addresses etc. Remember that you can use the controlling radio locally also if you switch off the RRC. The standard RRC-1258MKIIs will not support the Yaesu Twin concept.

Russian Pirate HF stations and their frequencies

General Channels (Frequencies)
1) 1600-1810 KHz – this is a “teens” Band. Only for АМ modulation. The best Band for new (beginners) RU pirates.

2) 2000-2200 KHz – “150м Band” – not many RU pirates using this frequencies now. (2000-2100 KHz).

3) 2400-2600 KHz – “120м Band” – АМ modulation only.

4) 2900-3300 KHz – “Troyka” or “100м Band”. This is a General pirate Band.

Some RU pirates using a Russian military equipment i.e. 1 KWT TX “R-140″  and HF receivers R-399, R-250, R-678, R-155. Also radio stations i.e. R-118 and R-102. Somebody using home made equipment. Mostly working by АМ  Modulation.

“Freedom channels” :
5) 2900-2940 KHz /Call freq 2920 KHz/ – USB.

6) 6630-6670 KHz /Call freq 6660 KHz/ – USB. Some RU pirates calling this band a “HELL BAND”

7) 10430-10480 KHz /Call freq 10460 KHz/ – USB. During the winter time, (tonight) the propagation is open to whole spread-out Russian territory. This is the best time for long distance QSO. Some RU pirates using  (5 Watts) Low Power and simple wire antennas. This is very popular Band.

Welcome to the free hamradio callbook. Since the owner of one popular server decided to hide all addresses until you are not registered, I decide to write my own. This callbook provides all information for free because you entered data to callbook for free and didn’t get paid for it. So it won’t be right to ask for a payment if you want to publish your data.

You can also register to our server, edit or add your own address, write some biography details, put photos here etc. What is unique, you can choose if your address or other contact details will be shown also to unregistered users. It is your choice, not my. I won’t hide your address or any details. Only you can do that.

HamQTH.com uses exclusively data widely available on the Internet for free. The server space and other web site related things are not available for free, it would be appreciated if you send small donation. Or just spread all over the world that this nice site exists. I’d like to have as much users as possible.

In next few days I develop a dedicated access for logging software developers. It will be very similar to qrz.com XML access because it could be very easy to implement it. Stay tuned, please.
