ZL9HR activated from Campbell Island, a sub-antarctic island located 52°32?S 169°8?E. The DX expedition is organized by the Hellenic Amateur Radio Association of Australia, and comprises a multinational on-island team as well as a supporting crew in Australia and around the world.
Worked them on 40 & 20m SSB (listen 20m QSO below) and it was quite easy. Heard the signal on 40m /SSB but very weak. A lot Europeans were called.

Over Internet Remote Control Receiver @ New York (USA) / Cairo / Egypt (by SU9AF).
Low Bands – Because we have to be off the island overnight, we will try to work DX on the low bands during the sunrise/sunset periods. At sunrise, we expect some possibility of propagation to EU and reasonable conditions to the western Pacific and Asia.
