Will be two days 23-24 September 2011 operate from the “Council of Europe” in Strasbourg with the call sign – TP50CE. This is a special event call sign assigned for the 50th anniversary of the European Social Charter. The Social Charter is a European treaty which guarantees social and economic rights, adopted in 1961 and revised in 1996.
