If you listen carefully at about 03:04, you can hear the Morse Code (CW) identification from a 10GHz linear translator approx 40 miles away – certainly more than “line of sight” and remember – my booth is inside a concrete and steel building . . . . the message (ID-er) says “AD6FP/R CM97 BL” – the Maidenhead Grid Square for the linear translator location.
