Radio and audio enthusiasts everywhere are rapidly learning the value and convenience of Bluetooth. Cellular phones, notepads, headphones, home entertainment electronics, and even automobiles are sporting Bluetooth enhancements. Bob Heil, K9EID, now brings Bluetooth wireless convenience to professional microphones, and the ham shack, with Heil Sound HBA Bluetooth Microphone Cable Adapters!
Your resulting audio will be fabulous. No one will be able to tell that your microphone is connected wirelessly. The HBA delivers clean, clear, linear audio… free of noise and the “bubbly” sound often heard in other wireless setups. Just imagine… you’ll be able to move your microphone without concern for cable length, tangles, or inconvenience. You’ll also be able to keep your operating area free of cable clutter.
HBA wireless adapter sets have about 40 ft. of range. The transmitter unit plugs into the base of any 3-pin XLR microphone. The receiver unit has a 1/4 in. phone plug (TS) and is supplied with a 1/8 in. adapter.
For Amateur operations, the wireless receiver unit plugs into the AD-1 series headset adapter cables to connect to your Amateur transceiver. Although fully capable on VOX, access to your footswitch or PTT button is required for non-VOX operation.
However, the Heil Sound HBA Bluetooth Adapters can work for other microphone and audio applications. It is simply a matter of using your imagination, and some adapters, to send your audio signals wirelessly!
Heil Sound’s HBA wireless cable adapters require two AAA alkaline or rechargeable batteries–one each for the transmitter and receiver. Typical alkaline batteries give 6 to 8 hours of continual use. High-capacity rechargeable AAA batteries are recommended. Each wireless cable adapter set is supplied with a handy padded carrying case.
Add the convenience of a Bluetooth link to your microphone. Experience wireless microphone operation with one of your own Heil Sound HBA Bluetooth Microphone Cable Adapters
