Supported SDR Radios:

New Application Version and changes:

  • The radio selection window now shows whether the radio is in use.
  • Up and down-converter selection in the radio selection window is now radio-specific.
  • Demodulators (aka VFOs) do not process any data or generate audio if they are outside the data span of the radio.
  • Increased resolution of the audio spectrum.
  • Window position and zoom state now correctly restored.
  • Fixed issue with remote server not closing radios correctly, especially those using 3rd-party dlls such as Perseus.
  • Radio definitions:
    • contain a free-format name,
    • can be added (ethernet only – Afedri, Andrus and RFspace),
    • can be edited (example: change the definition name).
  • Noise blanker added.
  • Wide-FM demodualtion issues resolved, no filter or de-emphasis is applied when in wide-FM so the response whould be flat.
  • VFO pane’s Start button now renamed as Enable, text added to toolbar to make it more obvious when a VFO pane is not enabled.
  • Server manager layout reorganised.
  • Server manager now has a History window which shows all connection for the current month.
  • RTL Dongle issue with frequency calibration resolved.
  • RTL Dongle now has extra options:
    • Use offset tuning
    • Use internal digital AGC
  • Soundcard spur removal algorithm made more aggressive.
  • Fixed problem with data file analyser showing incorrect times in the Y-axis (UTC / localtime issue).
  • ECSS now tracks the centre frequency of the AM transmission (feature inadvertently omitted).
