This repair valid for APPLE MBP "MagSafe Power Adapter with "L-Type" Power Plug
This problem happens quite often, for APPLE "Mac Book Pro" users. In some cases the power supply plug is broken.
I fixed this problem myself (See pictures below). But, first some introduction how's plug looking inside:
