\"\"There an issue of using YAESU “FT857d” transceiver CAT control in conjunction with the YAESU antenna tuner “FC40”. It controlled through the CAT. Thus it is not possible to use the CAT together (example with E-LOGBOOK or other devices) through the same CAT Port.<\/p>\n

While developing “FT857d” transceiver the YAESU engineers have envisaged a baypass for this problem by additional CAT port via the microphone connector on the front. You can enable this feature installing from the MENU # 059 – CAT.<\/p>\n
