The series “F4” is a new series of software accessories for the transceivers of FlexRadio<\/a> Systems with\u00a0 PowerSDR<\/a> (TM), with a particular graphical user interface that resembles the 60\/70 years, of American equipment built by one of the most famous names of that time: DRAKE<\/a>. The image above shows one of the most famous DRAKE vintage receivers of that era, many of you will remember: R-4C<\/p>\n

The special features of each accessory, which can be used alone, are designed to create a real device that, when approached or overlapped with another, creates a kind of “line” that was the term which defined a set of devices having the same aesthetics characteristic. Among the most famous “lines” remember the Hallicrafters, the Collins and the Drake; the last one was the inspiration for the design of these accessories. These accessories want to combine the charm of an era with the highest performing technology available today, the Software Defined Radio, for unique operational and visual experience.<\/p>\n

Coming next this beautiful transceiver panel CW only. A kind of “time travel” where your Software Defined Radio becomes a vintage rig. Only few functions for quick CW operation and Tmate support for smooth tune.<\/p>\n

All the accessories uses the CAT of PowerSDR at the same time. A splitted Virtual Serial Port is required for the simultaneous operation all the accessories, even in combination of other software that require the CAT.<\/em><\/p>\n
