<\/a><\/p>\nLike all Palm paddles the \u00bbPalm Single<\/a>\u00ab is also equipped with galvanized gold contacts that ensure maximum contact safety and reliability. For maximum transportation safety, this smallest single lever key in the world can be retracted into it’s robust housing, just as known from all Palm Radio keys. The standard housing consists of aluminium, the new ABS housing is optional.<\/p>\n The lever of the \u00bbPalm Single\u00ab bears a clever mechanism which automatically centers it in the middle position – no adjustments to be made!<\/p>\n Another feature is that you can select either the normal \u00bbsingle paddle mode\u00ab or the \u00bbsideswiper mode\u00ab. The switching between these modes is done directly at the lever by use of the supplied hex key, which is also used for the adjustment of the set screws. The hex key can be stored in the base plate of the key (\u00bbQuickMount<\/a>\u00ab) – perfectly placed and always at hand.<\/p>\n Two different set screws per lever side allow precise and individual adjustment of the contact gap and the spring pressure.<\/p>\n The \u00bbPalm Single\u00ab is individually manufactured in very small series. The reason for this is that an injection mold probably would not pay off because of the expected small quantity of parts.<\/p>\n We have the plastic parts made in a professional rapid prototyping manufacturing process (no cheap homemade 3D printing!) For this we need to order a certain minimum quantity each time, so the \u00bbPalm Single\u00ab is not always in stock and therefore can have some delivery time – please inquire on the current availability.<\/p>\n The material used is a high quality polyamide, which is then dyed. The quality and stability of the material is absolutely comparable to actual injection molded parts.<\/p>\n The surface structure is also similar to the plastic parts that we use on our other Morse keys.<\/a><\/p>\n
