At the 2024 event, the company announced the amateur radio concept model &#8220;X60&#8221; to commemorate the company&#8217;s 60th anniversary. This time, only the main boards and units of the X60 were on display, and the staff did not reveal any details, only saying, &#8220;Please look forward to the Icom booth at Ham Fair 2024, which will be held in Tokyo in August 2024.&#8221; .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ccording to information from amateur radio operators who visited the site, a large number of amateur radio fans were waiting in front of the Icom booth waiting for the announcement of new models. When Icom America staff removed the black veil at 9:30 local time, an information plate reading &#8220;60th Concept Model X60&#8221; and the main board and units of &#8220;X60&#8221; housed in an acrylic case were revealed. Although no detailed explanation was given, I could imagine from the contents of the board on display that it was a large HF machine capable of receiving two waves simultaneously.
